For this session, we rented out the Lansing Studio Space

For Eli's first birthday photos we planned to do a cake smash and take photos with a wilderness theme background! We did this at The Lansing Studio, as a Michigan Lansing photographer I tend to utilize this space often as it is affordable and nice! I was so excited for this session because the family is so sweet and adorable!

He had the cutest pair of overalls! Some mommy and baby photos and then it was time for the cake smash!

The cake smash... ish

I'm afraid Eli is not a cake smash baby... lol. He took a single bite of cake and did not enjoy it very much sadly. He is a tidy baby! Dad tried to help him out some, but no luck. Honestly it all turned out okay though, and we ended up taking some ADORABLE sink photos of the clean up!
